Farm Grove Phase 2 is a villa community by Emaar Properties within The Valley, one of Dubai's newer master-planned residential areas off Emirates Road. The project is part of Emaar's Valley masterplan. Construction on this phase started in March 2025 and handover is targeted for October 2028.

Type B gives a buyer 1,826 more square feet than Type A at the same starting price. On a per-square-foot basis, Type B prices at approximately AED 848 per sq ft, compared to around AED 1,260 per sq ft for Type A. If indoor space is the priority, Type B is the more space-efficient option at the four-bedroom level.
The five-bedroom unit prices at roughly AED 1,316 per sq ft and is the largest configuration in the project.
